A portion of event proceeds benefit Good Works Engine, formerly Mission: Feet First, a 501c3 shoe charity that provides properly fitting running shoes to those in need. The charity fits over 1,000 homeless and local children annually and partners with local organizations to distribute shoes to thousands of people in need.

Registration windows and fees are provided separately for each distance. Packet pickup and late registration are scheduled at Fleet Feet Clemmons on Friday, October 2; additional packet pickup and race day registration are scheduled at Fleet Feet Clemmons on Saturday, October 3.
