Mischief on the River 5K : Frenchtown, NJ
The inaugural 5K presented by Spanner Tree & Shrub Care and organized by River Rats Athletics 501(c)(3) takes place on October 11, 2026, at Frenchtown Elementary School, 902 Harrison St, Frenchtown, NJ. The course is a scenic, flat out and back rail trail along the Delaware River and includes an aid station near the turnaround. Timing is provided by Pretzel City Sports. The event will proceed rain or shine and is limited to the first 225 participants.
On-site amenities include parking and restroom facilities. Post-race refreshments are available. Each registration includes an event-branded BibBoard with a stated $10 value.
Registration fees are tiered: Early registration is $39.99 until September 12; late registration is $44.99 from September 13 through October 10; race day registration is $50 cash only.
Awards are given to overall 1st place Male, Female, and Non-binary finishers, plus age group awards for 1st through 3rd place in these age groups: 14 and under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40-49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
