The Miracles in Motion Run, Walk, or Roll is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026 in Wilmington, NC at Long Leaf Park, 314 Pine Grove Drive. The event offers in-person and virtual options. Distances offered include:

- 1 Mile Run or Walk - untimed event
- Virtual 5K
A race shirt is guaranteed to participants who register by March 3, 2026. Parking is available near the pavilion and in nearby lots.
Course and awards
The paved course winds through the pine trees at Long Leaf Park. The 5K route is two loops from the start line. The 1 Mile Fun Run is an out-and-back of 0.5 miles from the start line. The course is described as stroller and wheelchair friendly.
5K awards include top three overall males and females and top three in age groups (10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+). Community team awards recognize largest team, largest corporate team, and teams raising the most funds (corporate and non-corporate).
Charity and registration notes
The event benefits ACCESS of Wilmington. ACCESS operates programs that provide adapted sports, recreation, and fitness and serves over 750 individuals and their families through programs such as the Miracle League of Wilmington, Project SOAR, ACCESS Fit, Recreation Therapy, ACCESS plAy, and Accessible Adventures.
Registration is available online and at packet pickup or race morning using a provided QR code. Current entry prices listed are $35 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 Mile and Virtual 5K; prices increase after December 17, 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
