The Minocqua/Woodruff Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, in Woodruff, Wisconsin. The event is the 8th annual 5K run/walk and begins and ends at Faith Church, 9035 Blumenstein Road, Woodruff, WI 54568. The route runs through the streets of Woodruff.
Registration, pickup and awards
The listed entry fee for the 5K is $35; the price increases after November 26, 2025. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by November 10; additional shirts may be available on race day in limited sizes. Packet pickup and in-person registration are available Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 PM and Thursday from 7:00 to 8:45 AM. Online registration details note a temporary close on Wednesday afternoon with reopening after packet pickup, and in-person registration at packet pickup is possible.
Awards include medals for the top three overall male and female finishers and medals for the top three in each of these age groups for male and female: 9 & under, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. There is also a special prize for the top male and female overall winners. Two $50 gift card drawings are held for participants who pick up their race packet only on Wednesday.
