MINOCQUA NORTHWOODS ESCAPE MARATHON
The event takes place in Minocqua, Wisconsin on May 30, 2027, and uses an out and back course on the Bearskin Trail. The course is Boston Marathon certified. All races start and finish in Bearskin Park near the trestle in downtown Minocqua. Check in and packet pickup are held at the American Legion, 121 W Front St, downtown Minocqua.

- Marathon: 26.2 Miles
- Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles
- 5K: 5K
- Marathon Relay, 2 member teams: 26.2 Miles
- Marathon Relay, 3 to 5 members: 26.2 Miles
Registration opens on September 1, 2026 and closes on May 31, 2027. Published entry fees are $130 for the marathon, $100 for the half marathon, $40 for the 5K, $160 for the two person relay, and $200 for relays of three to five members. Packet pickup is scheduled downtown at the American Legion on Saturday, May 29 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 30 from 5:30 to 7:45 AM. The event is held during Memorial Day weekend.
