Distances
- Full Marathon: Held on Sunday, October 4. The time limit is 6.5 hours.
- Half Marathon: Held on Sunday, October 4. The time limit is 6.5 hours.
- 5K Run/Walk: Held on Saturday, October 3. The time limit is 90 minutes.
- Own The Hoan Challenge: Participants complete the 5K on Saturday and either the half or full marathon on Sunday. Finishers receive a bonus medal and extra swag.
Course Details
The course is known for its scenic views of Milwaukee's skyline and Lake Michigan. A notable feature is the crossing of the iconic Hoan Bridge, which is open to runners only during this event. More than 40% of the marathon and half marathon route runs alongside Lake Michigan. The half marathon and full marathon share the first 10 miles of the course. There is an indoor waiting area near the start line available to runners.

The event is associated with the This Time Tomorrow Foundation. Participants can join a fundraising team by raising money for individuals fighting cancer.
