Millis Boosters Run Back to School
Millis Boosters Run Back to School is a community running event held on September 27, 2026, at Millis High School (245 Plain St, Millis, MA 02054). The event offers a short race and a longer distance suitable for families and community members.
Event distances include:
- 5K Run or Walk: rolling hills course; fee $25.
- 1 Mile Fun Run: one-mile on school grounds; fee $15.
The 5K is chip-timed by Second Wind Timing and immediate printouts of results will be available. The 1 mile is not chip-timed; a large timing clock at the finish displays times.
Awards are given for both events. The 5K includes prizes for top overall finishers and age-group medals. The 1 mile awards medals or prizes to the top three male and female finishers aged 12 and under.
All proceeds support the athletes, teams, and projects of the Millis Middle and High School Athletic Department. The event welcomes runners, walkers, strollers, children, parents, and other community members for a morning of fitness and neighborhood activity.
