The 25K route has about 4,700 feet of elevation gain with four separate ascents of Miller Mountain, each with over 1,000 feet of gain. The course begins on a short dirt road before a steep first climb, includes runnable sections, summit views over the Susquehanna River, and descents that pass private properties such as Bennie’s Nursery and Tree Farm. There are four aid stations; the first aid station is at Bennie’s. Trails include steep, rocky, and wet sections and several fast, flowing descents.
The 5 Mile course gains approximately 2,000 feet and follows a shorter route up Miller Mountain to multiple vistas, then returns via steep, rocky, wet downhill trails.
Registration is tiered by date with specified fees for each distance and closes on May 6 at 11:59 PM ET. There are no refunds, deferrals, or bib swaps. Packet pickup is available Friday May 8 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the start/finish area and race morning starting at 7:00 AM. All participants receive a customized finisher gift, event swag, and a full post-race meal. Top male and female finishers in each distance receive custom awards; there are no age group awards.
