4th Annual Millbury-Sutton KofC 5K
The 4th Annual Millbury-Sutton Knights of Columbus 5K is scheduled for September 20, 2026 at 82 Wheelock Ave, Millbury, MA. The event has previously attracted more than 450 participants across its first three years and has raised over $16,000 for local charities.
The race distance is a 5K. The course has three short hills in the first half, followed by a fast downhill and a flat finish. The start and finish are adjacent to on-site parking and the packet pick-up and registration area. Packet pickup is available in person at the Wheelock Inn on the Friday before the race and on race morning at the event site.
Published registration fees include a $35 adult rate and a $20 rate for students and seniors; higher race day pricing is listed. All pre-registered runners are entered into a prize drawing.
Awards include cash prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers with a bonus for a new course record, medals for top male and female finishers in the listed age groups (14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+), and trophies for the top male and female finishers from the towns of Sutton and Millbury.
Music will be provided by a DJ at the Wheelock Inn before and after the race. A post race buffet breakfast will be served during the awards ceremony. Crumbl Cookies will hand out treats, and local massage and bodywork providers will offer mini massages and assisted stretching pre and post race. Pets on a leash and strollers are welcome.
All net proceeds will benefit people in need in Millbury, Sutton and Worcester through the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Urban Missionaries of Our Lady of Hope. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
