About the race
The 4th Annual Millbury-Sutton Knights of Columbus 5K is scheduled for September 20, 2026, at 82 Wheelock Ave in Millbury, MA. In its first three years the event hosted over 450 participants and raised more than $16,000 for local charities. Net proceeds from the 2026 race will benefit The St. Vincent de Paul Society and Urban Missionaries of Our Lady of Hope.
The course features three short hills in the first half, followed by a fast downhill and a flat finish. Start and finish areas are adjacent to parking and the number pick-up and registration site. Cash awards and medals are planned for the top three overall male and female finishers, with bonus cash offered for a new course record. Medals will also be awarded by age group and trophies will go to the top male and female finishers from the towns of Sutton and Millbury.
Event amenities include music provided by TopCat DJ at the Wheelock Inn, a post-race buffet breakfast served during the awards ceremony, and on-site activities such as mini massages and assisted stretching from Well Rested Massage and MaxBody Solutions. Crumbl Cookies will be distributing treats. Pets on leash and strollers are welcome. In-person packet pickup and race-day registration are available Friday, Sept 18 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Wheelock Inn and on race morning from 8:30 to 9:50 a.m. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
