Event Overview
The Mill to Mill 5K/10K is an annual running event held in Penn Yan, New York, along the Keuka Outlet Trail. The fourth edition of the race is scheduled for September 19, 2026. The course begins and ends at Cascade Falls, utilizing the natural pathway of the trail for both distances.
Course Details
Participants can choose between two race distances:
- 10 km (6.2 miles)
- 5 km (3.1 miles)
The routes are designed to highlight local landmarks. Both the 5 km and 10 km courses lead runners to Seneca Mills Falls. Those participating in the 10 km distance continue further to the previous site of Fox Mills before turning around. After reaching their respective turnaround points, runners return to Cascade Falls to complete the race.
Participant Information
Race packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the event at the Cascade Falls site. Registration is available on the day of the race. Each registered participant receives a custom short sleeve shirt and a finisher medal upon completion of their event. The event is organized through a collaboration between Willow Running USA and the Friends of the Keuka Outlet Trail. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
