About the race
The Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail) is an annual running event held in Penn Yan, New York, starting and finishing at Cascade Falls along the scenic Keuka Outlet Trail. The race offers two distances: a 5K and a 10K. Both courses pass by the picturesque Seneca Mills Falls, with the 10K extending to the historic site of Fox Mills before returning to Cascade Falls.
The event coincides with the Celebrate Cascade Festival, providing a festive atmosphere for participants to enjoy post-race. All runners receive a custom short sleeve shirt and finisher medal.
