Mill Creek Days 5k/10k
The Mill Creek Days running event takes place in Comstock Park, Michigan. Participants utilize the White Pine Trail, which provides a scenic and paved environment for the various races. The course is flat and includes stretches lined with trees, passing by Mill Creek, the Grand River, and LMCU Ball Park.
Runners start behind Vitale's Sports Bar and move north along the trail. The path consists of shaded sections with minimal road crossings. The event offers several distance options for different age groups and preferences:
- 5k
- 10k
- 5k/10k Combo
- Kids K (approx 1k) for children under 10 years old
The finish line is located in Dwight Lydell Park, a local community space with green areas. While limited parking is available at Dwight Lydell Park, additional parking is provided at Mill Creek Middle School in the School Street parking lot. Registration for the adult distances remains open through February, while the Kids K allows for later registration. This event is held in conjunction with the local Mill Creek Days celebration.
