About the race
The 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot is a community 5K run/walk held at Lisman Landing in Milford, Connecticut, with all proceeds donated to The Beth-El Center, an organization that serves people who are hungry or homeless.
Event offerings include:
- 5K run/walk
- 400 yard kids dash (age 10 and under)
Registration details note separate pricing for adults and youths, with a reduced adult rate for the first 150 race entries and a different fee for participants 18 and under. All registrations must be completed online; no cash registrations are accepted on the day of the event. No refunds will be provided.
Shirt ordering is guaranteed for registrations completed by October 15; registrants after that date may purchase shirts on event day subject to availability. Early bib, shirt, and swag pickup occurs the day before at the Beth-El Center; pre-registration pickup is available at Lisman Landing on event day.
The course was measured and designed for participants to stay on the left side facing traffic for safety. Chip timing records finish data; results will be available online and as a printout at the results table. Awards include overall male and female winners, age-group awards across multiple brackets, and prizes for best costumes. Bibs must be worn only by the registrant; bib exchanges must be handled before the start to avoid disqualification. The event is held in all weather unless stopped by city or police authority. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
