Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk - Milford, CT
The 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot is a community 5K run/walk held on October 31, 2026 at Lisman Landing in Milford, Connecticut. The event benefits The Beth-El Center; all proceeds will be donated to the center, which serves people who are hungry or homeless.
Distances offered:
- 5K open division
- 5K youth division for participants 18 and under
- 400 yards kids dash for ages 10 and under, free and non-competitive; parents may run with their children
Registration opens May 27, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026. Pricing includes a tiered adult fee with a lower rate for the first 150 adult registrations and a higher rate thereafter; youth registration has a separate lower fee. Processing fees apply. No refunds are provided. All registrations must be completed online; no cash registrations are accepted on race day.
The course was measured and designed for participants to stay on the left side, facing traffic, for safety. Participants receive bibs with timing chips; awards are based on recorded finish times. Awards include overall male and female winners plus three deep age group awards across specified age brackets. Costume prizes are distributed for best costumes.
