15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk - Benefit for The Beth-El Center
The event takes place on October 31, 2026 at Lisman Landing in Milford, Connecticut. It includes multiple race options and a kids dash held near the boatyard and pavilion area.
Event distances:
- 5K run/walk for adults and youths 18 and under
- 400 yard kids dash for ages ten and under (free)
All proceeds will be donated to The Beth-El Center, an organization that provides services for people who are hungry or homeless and works to prevent and end homelessness.
Registration details and fees are provided in tiers. Adult registration fees change after the first 150 registrations; youth (18 and under) entry has a lower fee. Processing fees apply. No refunds are provided. Late or day-of registrations are handled online only; no cash registrations are accepted on race day.
Logistics note that the course was designed and measured for participants to stay on the left side, facing traffic, for safety. Early bib, shirt, and swag pickup is available the day before at the Beth-El Center; race-day pickup is at Lisman Landing. Parking is available in the large lot next to the boatyard and behind nearby restaurants; parking is not permitted at the apartments across the street.
Awards are given for overall male and female and for age groups by finishing time. Bibs include timing chips; participants should use only their assigned bib. Costume prizes are awarded.
