The event is presented by The Milford Bank.
Event Details
The event takes place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Lisman Landing (Milford Landing Marina) located at 37 Helwig Street in Milford, Connecticut.
The primary event is a chip-timed 5K run/walk. Registration is capped at 350 participants. A free "Run For The Flag" fun run for children aged 10 and under is also held; it is a non-competitive, 200-yard run where all participating children receive a flag and a medal.
Participants can pick up their bibs and swag on the Friday and Saturday before the event at The Milford Bank on Broad Street, or on Sunday morning at Lisman Landing.
