Miles That Matter Run/Walk 5K & 10K
The Miles That Matter Run/Walk is a timed 5K and 10K event held on July 11, 2026, at 1520 Provident Drive, Warsaw, Indiana. The course passes Pike Lake and follows sections of the Beyer Farm Trail. Water stations are available along the route and a special Miles That Matter medal is awarded at the finish.
Both distances are professionally timed by TH Timing. The 5K uses five-year age group divisions with awards for the top three finishers in each group. The 10K uses nine-year age group divisions with awards for the top three finishers in each category. Overall male and overall female winners are also recognized in both distances.
After the race, refreshments including fruit and cookies are provided at the finish. Registration details published for the event state that pre-registration through July 5 includes a t-shirt and is $25 plus fees; registrations after July 5 are $30 plus fees and a shirt is not guaranteed. General registration closes July 10.
