Event overview
The Leprechaun Chase & Leprechaun Leap will be held in Nappanee, Indiana on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 157 N Main St., Nappanee, IN 46550. The event includes two race options:
- 5 mile
- 1 mile
The event is described as a flat, fast course through parks and neighborhoods of Nappanee. The races will be chip-timed. Participants are encouraged to wear green or an Irish-themed costume.
Logistics and awards
Registration fees listed on the event page are $20 for the 5-mile event and $5 for the 1-mile event. Fees increase after December 18, 2025. Shirts can be ordered during registration; no extra shirts will be available for purchase on race day. The event policy states no refunds will be given.
Awards for the 5-mile race include top three male and female finishers and age-group awards for the categories "39 & Under" and "40+." Awards for the 1-mile event are given to top youth finishers in the age groups: 4 & Under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14. Awards are for in-person participants only.
