Miles for Music 5K & 10k : event overview
The Miles for Music 5K & 10k takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at New Richmond Hill High School. This is the third annual running of the event, formerly called Marching Madness. The event benefits the Richmond Hill High School Wildcat Marching Band; the race notes that the 180+ member band will be present on the course. Endurance Race Services handles event day management and provides non-chip timing, course setup, registration, and shirts.

Registration and logistics
Standard registration fees listed are $35 for the 5K, $45 for the 10k, and $35 for the Donut 5k. Packet-pickup and race-day registration fees are higher; the listed packet-pickup location is Game Changers on Friday, April 17, and race day packet pickup opens at the event site. Registrations close April 16, 2026. The Donut 5k is a special division where participants eat two donuts at the halfway point before returning to the finish. A course map is available via MapMyRun.
