Miles for Migraine - Wisconsin 2026

Miles for Migraine will hold its 5th annual event on August 9, 2026 at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. The event includes multiple participation options, a festival area with speakers, and sponsor booths for attendees to visit.

The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research. Funds raised will support Miles for Migraine programs and services and the Medical College of Wisconsin Headache Center for local research and fellowship training. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. The 5K is chip timed; the 2 mile option is untimed. The Relax option provides a quiet festival space and does not permit walking or running on the event course.

Registration options and pricing include:

  • 2 Mile Untimed Walk (free; shirts sold separately)
  • Relax with us (free)
  • 5K Chip Timed Run (early bird and later tiers listed)
  • Virtual Event Participant (includes participant shirt; early bird and later tiers listed)

Swag and fundraising prizes are available based on fundraising levels. Awards are planned for top fundraisers and overall 5K finishers by gender and nonbinary category. Packet pick-up is offered at a local running store in Brookfield and at the event site prior to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
