Miles for Migraine Pennsylvania - 2026
Miles for Migraine Pennsylvania will hold its 14th annual event on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at The Navy Yard, South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research. Funds raised will support Miles for Migraine programs and benefit the Jefferson Headache Center, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the U Penn Headache Center.
Event formats include:
- 2 Mile Walk
- 5K Run
- Relax
The 5K is chip timed. The untimed 2 mile walk and the Relax option are free and donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Participant shirts are available for a separate charge. A virtual participation option is offered for people who cannot attend in person; virtual participants may receive event items and a finisher medal for a fee.
The in-person event includes a festival area with speakers and sponsors, a Relax tent, opportunities to visit sponsor booths, and post-event breakfast sandwiches and treats. Packet pick up is available before the event at a local running store and at the event site. Fundraising awards and swag levels are offered, with prizes for top fundraisers and overall running winners.
