Mental Health Support Run and Hike
The Miles for Mental Health 5K and Family Hike is a community event held in Wallingford, Connecticut. The Family Hike takes place within Marcus Cooke Park on well-marked trails. Attendees have the option to explore the trails independently or join a guided hike. While the hike is free of charge, the organizers accept donations to support their cause.
