Miles For Meals 5k : Nashua
The Miles For Meals 5k is scheduled for September 19, 2026, at Mine Falls Park in Nashua, New Hampshire. The event is the 7th annual run/walk held to support Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County and its programs serving older adults.

- 3k Walkers
The course uses park trails that run through woods and along the river. Some sections are paved but most of the trail is dirt and can be uneven; participants should be aware of the surface and that the route will be open to the public during the event.
Race registration includes a 2026 Miles for Meals T-shirt; registrants who register before August 14 are guaranteed a shirt. T-shirts for day-of attendees are available for pickup at the event. Virtual attendees can pick up shirts the week after the event at the HCMOW Administrative Office, 46 Milford Street, Manchester, NH 03102.
The organizing agency, Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County, delivers nutritious meals and social contact to older adults. Since 1977 the organization has served more than 14.5 million meals and currently provides an average of 8,000 meals per week.
