Miles for Maddog
Miles for Maddog is the 6th annual community race held on June 27, 2026, at 19900 South Harlem Avenue, Frankfort, IL. The event includes in-person and virtual participation options and is organized by the Maddog Strong Foundation.

The event is officially chip timed on a certified course and is a U.S. Track & Field sanctioned event. It honors organ and tissue donors, transplant recipients, first responders, healthcare workers, and caregivers. Proceeds support the foundation’s education work aimed at teens and young adults about organ and tissue donation and the importance of family conversations about donor decisions.
Pre-registered participants may join teams. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age category: 12 & under; 13 - 17; 18 - 29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; and 60 & over.
Race packet pick-up is available the week before the race at the foundation office at 19244 S. Blackhawk Parkway, Unit #73F, Mokena, IL, with sessions listed on the event page. Water is available on course; snacks and water are provided after the finish. Strollers and dogs are allowed when participants are courteous and clean up after pets. The race follows applicable public health guidelines and runs rain or shine; refund and rescheduling policies are noted by the organizer.
