Miles for Maddog is the 6th annual 5K and 10K walk/run event held in Frankfort, IL on June 27, 2026 at 19900 South Harlem Avenue. The race is chip timed on a certified course and is sanctioned by U.S. Track & Field. Distances offered include:

- Virtual Race
The event honors organ and tissue donors, transplant recipients, first responders, healthcare workers, and caregivers. Proceeds support the Maddog Strong Foundation, which focuses on educating teens and young adults about organ and tissue donation and encouraging family conversations about donor registration.
Registration, awards and race logistics
Registration fees vary by distance and registration period; the source lists early bird and standard pricing and a separate fee for the virtual option. Packet pick-up is available the week before the race at the foundation offices on the listed pre-race dates. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age category: 12 & under; 13 - 17; 18 - 29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; and 60 & over.
The race runs rain or shine. Water is available on course and snacks and water are provided after the race. Strollers and dogs are allowed on the course; participants are asked to be courteous and clean up after pets. Refund and rescheduling policies apply as stated by the organizers.
