Miles 2 Meals 100 Mile Relay
The Miles 2 Meals 100 Mile Relay is scheduled for May 16, 2026 in Pittsburgh at 350 Cumberland Road. The event is a team relay covering 100 miles in total, with each participant running one mile composed of four laps on the North Allegheny Intermediate High School track.
Individuals register by submitting a prospective mile time and indicating when they are available to run. Registration opens March 1, 2026 and closes March 22, 2026; the listed registration fee is $15.00. Once 200 runners have registered, two teams of 100 will be compiled and registration will close; additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list and consecutive teams will be created if numbers permit. After registration closes, registrants will receive an email with their place in line and an approximate time of day for their mile. A list of starting times will also be sent when registration closes.
On event day, participants pick up bib numbers and shirts if ordered and await their turn with the baton. When a runner receives the baton, they run four laps and hand it to the next person in line. When runner number 100 crosses the finish line the baton will have traveled the full 100 miles and the team time will be recorded. Results will be live streamed. Information about awards will be provided closer to the event date.
