MileBuilt 3-Day Memorial Day Bridge Challenge

The 3-Day Memorial Day Bridge Challenge takes place on Cady Way Trail in Winter Park, FL on May 29–31, 2027. The course is a modified out-and-back on an accessible, measured trail with start and finish at the pavilion at Cady Way Park.

Each distance opens with a prologue, then locks into repeats that return runners to the SR 436 bridge. The bridge is 685 feet of elevated asphalt over Semoran Blvd; every repeat crosses that structure and brings runners back to the same turning points.

Distances:

  • 5K: prologue then 1 repeat, crosses SR 436 twice.
  • 10K: prologue then 2 repeats.
  • Half Marathon: prologue then 4 repeats.
  • Marathon: prologue then 8 repeats.
  • 50K: prologue then 10 repeats.

Logistics note that the event is cupless: participants must carry their own fluids; MileBuilt supplies water, an electrolyte drink, and basic snacks. Parking is at Cady Way Park central lot and an overflow lot west of the pool; the cul-de-sac and pool lots fill later. The event is bare bones with no shirts, no race bags, and no expo.

The finish is not chip timed. Finishers cross the line, strike the gong, and complete the Clock Out at the MileBuilt Time Clock; official finish times are recorded at that clock and verified by the Race Director. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
