MightyMite Triathlon
The 43rd Annual MightyMite Triathlon takes place in Forrest City, Arkansas on July 18, 2026. The event is a point to point to point course that starts with a swim at Village Creek State Park, includes a bike leg that arrives at East Arkansas Community College for transition, and finishes in downtown Forrest City at the Forrest City Area Chamber of Commerce.

- 1/3 mile swim
- 13 mile bike
- 3 mile run
Participants may choose a Wave Start or a Time Trial Start. The bike course is described as gently rolling with approximately 550 feet of elevation gain and relatively few turns. Transition Area 1 is at Village Creek State Park and is about 13 miles from Transition Area 2 at East Arkansas Community College. Bike racks will be numbered and assigned. A drop bag will be provided at packet pickup and only items in that bag will be transported from T1 to T2.
Self service water coolers will be available at T1, T2 and at one location on the run course; participants are encouraged to carry a water bottle. Shuttle service is available from the finish line to Village Creek State Park with buses running between the finish, Village Creek State Park and East Arkansas Community College. Post race food and an awards ceremony are held at the Forrest City Area Chamber of Commerce. The event is managed by Start 2 Finish Event Management and lists Forrest City A and P, Bluff City Sports, and a USAT certified race director among its partners. Registration policies include no refunds and a requirement to present USAT membership or purchase a one day USAT license.
