Miamisburg Triathlon
The Miamisburg Triathlon takes place at Riverfront Park in Miamisburg, Ohio on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The event offers solo and two person team entries and features three race segments in sequence.
Distances:
- 2.5 mile canoe
- 3.1 mile run
- 10 mile bike
Two person team entries include canoe rental, paddles and life vests. Solo entrants must bring their own kayak or paddleboard or arrange a rental with a local canoe provider. Registration opens January 1, 2026 and closes July 17, 2026; published entry fees are $60 for solo entry and $150 for two person teams. Start times are assigned in the order registrations are received.
Logistics are organized around a transition area near the parking lot. Participants receive a timing chip to wear on the ankle and a bike number that must be visible on the top tube or seat post. Helmets are required for the bike segment. There is no riding inside transition and a no headphone rule applies on the run for safety. The run course has mile markers and one water stop. The bike and run courses are described as flat and use open roads with volunteer support and traffic control at the turnaround. All finishers receive a custom medal and post race food is provided.
