Miamisburg Triathlon
The Miamisburg Triathlon is held at Riverfront Park in Miamisburg, Ohio on August 23, 2026. The event offers both solo and two-person team entries. Two-person team entries include canoe rental, paddles, and life vests; solo participants bring their own kayak or paddleboard or may arrange a rental through a local canoe provider.
Distances for the race segments:
- 2.5 miles canoe or kayak paddle
- 3.1 miles run
- 10 miles bike
Registration opens January 1, 2026 and closes July 17, 2026. Fees listed for entries are $60.00 for solo and $150.00 for two-person team entries. Packet pickup and race registration take place near the parking lot that serves as the transition area. Participants receive a timing chip to wear on the ankle, a race shirt, and a bike number to attach to the top tube or seat post.
Course and safety notes included in the event information: the canoe put-in is under the Linden Bridge at Case Landing on the west bank, and the canoe take-out is on the east bank; the bike and run courses are described as flat; helmets are required for cycling; no headphones are allowed on the run; no riding is permitted inside transition. Water stops, a timing mat at transitions, a tune-up station near restrooms, and post-race food are provided. Results and photos are posted after the event.
