Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness 5k/10k

This event in Dayton offers two race options at the same entry price and donates proceeds to the Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness Fund. The event is in its sixth year and awards medals to the top male and top female finishers in both distances.

The venue is Eastwood Metropark at the Mad River Shelter House, 1385 Harshman Rd, Dayton, OH 45414. Pre-race packet pickup is available the day before at Up and Running and on race morning at Eastwood Metropark.

Event-day activities include a pre-race yoga session, a massage therapist, and face painting by Annie Paints available throughout the morning. The event awards 25 Premier Healthy Living Points. Leashed pets are welcome.
