4th Annual Mental Health Awareness 5K Run/Walk
The event takes place on September 26, 2026 at Downtown Lumberton Pocket Park in Lumberton, North Carolina. It features a 5K road course that is described as flat with little to no elevation change.
The route begins in downtown Lumberton, follows the Lumber River, continues through the Tanglewood neighborhood, and finishes along Elm Street. The event is co-hosted by Robeson County Medical Society and Robeson Road Runners. Proceeds will be donated to the NC Professionals Health Program.
Registration opens June 18, 2026 and remains available through September 26, 2026. The registration fee is $30. The first 75 registrants will receive a shirt, with sizes guaranteed for registrations completed by August 31, 2026. This is the second year the event includes official race timing.
