Kiwanis Club of Pembroke 5k
The Kiwanis Club of Pembroke hosts its annual 5k run and walk event on July 4, 2026, in Pembroke, North Carolina. The activities are centered at the Southeastern Lifestyle Fitness Center located at 923 W. 3rd Street. This community event features two main participation options:
- 5k Timed run or walk.
- 1 Mile Fun Walk which is free of charge.
Participants who complete their registration before the event date receive a commemorative T-shirt. On-site registration is also available the morning of the event at the venue. The 5k course information is accessible via a downloadable map provided by the organizers.
The timing and scoring for the 5k event lead to several award categories. Awards are presented to the first place overall male and female winners. Additionally, certificates or recognition are provided across a wide range of age groups starting from ages 1-13 up to 80 plus for both male and female divisions.
