Kiwanis Club of Pembroke 5k
The Kiwanis Club of Pembroke 5k is a community run and walk held on July 4, 2026 at Southeastern Lifestyle Fitness Center, 923 W. 3rd Street, Pembroke, NC. The event includes a timed 5k and a separate one-mile fun walk.

Registration opens December 26, 2025. 5k registration closes July 1, 2026; the 1 Mile Fun Walk registration remains open through July 4, 2026. Early bird registration is listed at $25 and race day registration at $30. The 1 Mile Fun Walk is free. In-person race day registration is available the morning of the event between 5:45 am and 6:20 am.
Awards are provided for 1st Place Overall Male and Female and by the following age groups for male and female participants: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
