The event involves two distinct locations for the start and finish segments of the race.
The event offers one primary distance:
- 5K
Participants must wear their bib numbers on the front of their shirts, specifically positioned above the waist to ensure the timing system records their progress accurately. Bibs must remain visible throughout the duration of the event until the finish line is crossed.
Age divisions are organized in five-year increments for both male and female participants, starting from ages 10 and under up to ages 80 and over. Awards include medals for the top three finishers in each age division and trophies for the overall top male and female finishers. An awards presentation takes place following the completion of the race.
Refreshments are provided for runners upon finishing the course. Registration options allow participants to choose whether to receive an event t-shirt for an additional fee or to opt-out. For those who choose a shirt, a specific deadline in early May applies to ensure availability. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
