Event Details
The Memorial Day 15K - Boise is a road running event held on Memorial Day. The event offers three main distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a 15K. The event is held at Ann Morrison Park in Boise, Idaho. The courses for the in-person races start and finish at the park and use the trails along the Boise River.
Registration & Options
Registration is available for in-person and virtual versions of all three distances. A "no shirt" registration option is offered for each distance, which provides a discount. There is also a complimentary race entry option for active and retired military personnel with a valid military ID.
All finishers of the in-person races receive a commemorative finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three men and women in standard five-year age groups for each distance, as well as for overall, masters, grand masters, and senior masters categories.
Additional Information
The event uses the RaceJoy app, which offers live GPS tracking and audio cheers for participants. Packet pickup typically occurs on race morning. The event has a no-refund policy. Teams of five or more participants receive a discount on registration fees. Participation in this event qualifies runners for a free entry into a related Thanksgiving Turkey Trot event.
