About the race
Melbourne DEKA Trifecta Weekend takes place at Caribbean Park, Scoresby, Victoria, January 31–February 2, 2026. This Spartan DEKA event weekend features three competitions: DEKA FIT (5 km with 10 zones), DEKA STRONG, and DEKA MILE. Each format combines a 500-meter run with progressively tougher functional movements, culminating in demanding final zones for a full-body challenge.
Multiple heat types accommodate all fitness levels, from Age Group to Elite. Finishers earn a DEKA FIT Finisher tee, a medal with lanyard, and a Trifecta wedge for completing STRONG and MILE in the same year. Global leaderboards track performance across the events.
