Event Overview
The MegaRun is a community event in Wilmington, North Carolina. It is hosted by MegaCorp Logistics and benefits the Brigade Boys and Girls Club (also referred to as Boys and Girls Clubs of Southeast NC). The event offers timed runs and walks.
Distances
Participants can choose from several events:
- A 5K run/walk.
- A 1 mile run/walk.
- A Bradley Creek Kids 5K.
- A Bradley Creek Kids 1 mile.
Perks and Post-Race
Each registrant receives a race t-shirt, a swag bag, and free post-race brunch with music in the MegaCorp courtyard.
Location and Parking
The start and finish line is at the MegaCorp Logistics Headquarters on 1011 Ashes Drive in Wilmington. Parking is available at the MegaCorp site, around office buildings at the end of Sir Tyler Drive, and near the Renaissance building in the Forum. Parking is not allowed at Mayfaire Flats apartments.
Registration
Online registration is open until the race starts. There is also registration available on-site via a QR code scan. Standard entry fees are $35 for the 5K and 1 mile adult events. The kids' events have a fee of $10. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
