SWANSEA 10km & 5km MCTF Run The Track
This event offers track-based running races over measured distances at Neath Sports Centre Athletics Track, NEATH SA10 7BR. The programme includes organised heats with deliberately small fields so runners compete alongside others with similar expected finishing times. Races are held in the afternoon across late summer and autumn. The event takes place on Saturday 26th September and entries close 23:59 on Friday 25th September.
Participants receive individual lap data through personal split-lap chip timing and an overall chip finish time. Every finisher is awarded a bespoke medal created for the series. The venue provides a flat athletics surface without road traffic or route navigation.

Entry fees are stated as £17 for the 5 km and £23 for the 10 km. A £2 levy applies for non UK Athletics members and a booking fee of 6 percent is included. Field sizes are limited and heats are organised by expected time to keep runners grouped by pace.
