SWANSEA 10km & 5km MCTF Run The Track
The MCTF Run The Track 5km and 10km are track races held at Neath Sports Centre Athletics Track. The event on Saturday 26th September uses a standard athletics track and limited field sizes so each lap can be timed precisely.

Heats are organised by expected finishing time so competitors are grouped with similarly paced runners. Personal split-lap chip timing records each lap and overall chip timing provides an official finish time. Each finisher receives a bespoke medal produced for the series.
Entries close at 23:59 on Friday 25th September and entries are processed via the Racesignup system. Early-entry fees listed are £17 for the 5 km and £23 for the 10 km. A £2 levy applies for non UK Athletics members and a 6% booking fee is charged.
The event takes place on a flat track surface free of road traffic and road hazards.
