Event Details
The MCRRC Black Hill 10K is a trail race held at Black Hill Regional Park in Boyds, Maryland. It is part of the organizer's low-key race series. The event was introduced in 2009.
Course and Terrain
The race takes place on trails featuring rocks and roots. A course map is available for reference. The start and finish area is located near picnic shelter J within the park.
Participation and Registration
The race is free for members of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC). Members must sign up for a 2026 bib and chip in advance, which will be available for pickup at the event. A $5 chip deposit is required for new members or those without an old chip.
Non-members can register for a fee of $22 for participants aged 18 and over, and $11.60 for participants under 18. This fee includes a processing charge. Online registration remains open until the race starts.
Logistics
