May the Fourth be with you (original) : Carding Mill Valley, Church Stretton
This event on 2 May 2026 offers a choice of race distances and is organised by How Hard Can It Be Events. Entries for the main on-site race are limited to 200. A virtual race option will take place during the week of May 4th. Entry fees range from £36 to £42.
The route is based at Carding Mill Valley in the Shropshire Hills and uses laps over the Long Mynd. Each lap is 13.1 miles, so the course layout results in these distance options:
