May The Fourth Be With You (Original)

The "May the Fourth Be With You" event offers participants the choice of running a half marathon or a full marathon in the scenic Shropshire Hills, starting from Carding Mill Valley near Church Stretton. With a limit of 200 entries for the main race, runners can enjoy a well-supported course featuring aid stations and friendly marshals. Each lap covers 13.1 miles, allowing full marathon participants to experience the beautiful landscape twice.

Additionally, a virtual race option is available for those unable to attend in person, taking place during the week of May 4th. All finishers receive a medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
