Mattapan Unity 5K Fete
The Mattapan Unity 5K Fete is a community running event and festival taking place in Mattapan at Ryan Playground and the Neponset Trail, 350 River St, on August 8, 2026. The event brings together local organizations and residents to promote health, wellness, and community connections.

Registration opens April 1, 2026. Ticket prices change by month: April and May $40, June $45, July $50, and the week or day of the event $55. Young people aged 12 to 17 may qualify for a reduced admission price of $25.
The event is planned as a festival-style day with awards for runners and organizations plus a community health and social fair featuring food, DJs, health and fitness vendors, and activities. Each registration includes one complimentary race t-shirt and medal while supplies last. A portion of event proceeds supports a selected non-profit.
