5k Fun Run x Marz Community Brewing Co : Chicago
This event is an untimed community 5k fun run taking place on June 21, 2026, at Marz Community Brewing Company in Chicago. The route is designed to start and end at the brewery and is mapped to run through the surrounding neighborhood. The course is open to traffic and participants must follow all traffic laws.
Participants may run, walk, or jog the 5k course. Registration includes one craft brew from Marz Community Brewing at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag (collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item), entry into a prize drawing, and access to post-run activities such as music, games, giveaways and partner offerings. Ten percent of proceeds support local nonprofits.
Event details note that a valid ID is required for alcoholic beverages; participants under 21 are eligible for a non-alcoholic beverage instead. The event proceeds rain or shine, though organizers may alter plans if conditions make running unsafe. There is no bag check. Dogs and strollers are permitted when handled with care and in accordance with Marz Community Brewing policies. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
