Maryville Police Donut Dash 5K Walk/Run

The Maryville Police Donut Dash is the third annual 5K walk/run held on Saturday, May 9, 2026. The event takes place at Drost Park in Maryville, Illinois.

The course is a loop using local streets and the MCT bike trail, with the start and finish at Drost Park. The event will be chip timed by Final Lap Racing. Along the course, participants may eat donuts; each donut consumed removes 30 seconds from a participant's final time.

All proceeds go to the Maryville Police Association, which was established to raise money for local families in times of need. The event is scheduled to occur rain or shine and the organizer states there are no refunds.

Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to top finishers in each age group. Packet pickup is scheduled on race morning at Drost Park from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
