32nd Annual Martha's Vineyard Memorial 5K Road Race
This event takes place in Oak Bluffs and raises funds for Hospice and Palliative Care of Martha's Vineyard (HPCMV). HPCMV provides palliative, hospice, and bereavement care across the island, including end of life care and grief support for patients, families, and the wider community.
Runners follow a USATF certified course around Oak Bluffs harbor and East Chop Lighthouse. The event program includes multiple participation options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1-mile kids' fun run
- Virtual 5K option
Online registration is listed at $30 and in-person registration at $35. Virtual participants may run their 5K from any location and submit times, but virtual entries are not eligible for place medals.
Bib pick-up and check-in are available on the day before and the day of the event in the lobby of the Summercamp Hotel in Oak Bluffs. A limited supply of event T-shirts will be available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
