Marlow Trail Run
The Marlow Trail Run takes place in the Thames Valley, with the event hub located at the Marlow Rugby Union Football Club on Riverwoods Drive. This off-road event follows well-marked scenic paths through the local countryside and features clear distance markers and marshals along the route.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- Half Marathon: A single-lap course with a total elevation of 53m.
- 10k: A single-lap 10-kilometer course with a total elevation of 23m.
- 5k: A two-lap 5-kilometer course with a total elevation of 20m.
All routes consist entirely of trail terrain. The event includes an event village where various food and drink options are available. Participants receive chip-timed results, free digital race photos, and a themed medal upon finishing. Post-race refreshments are also provided to runners after they cross the finish line.
The event organizers offer an optional technical t-shirt for purchase, featuring the event logo. This initiative is part of an effort to reduce event costs for those who do not require a shirt and to provide a higher-quality garment for those who do.
