Marklund Run, Walk & Roll 5K and 1 Mile - Geneva
The event is the 14th annual Marklund Run, Walk & Roll in Geneva on October 18, 2026, held at the Marklund Hyde Center, 1S450 Wyatt Drive, Geneva, IL 60134. It is presented by the Fitch Foundation and brings together participants, fundraisers, donors, sponsors and volunteers to support Marklund’s programs for individuals with profound disabilities.

The 5K includes a dedicated Wheelchair Race Division for participants who use racing wheelchairs to complete the course safely and competitively. The 5K course is USATF certified and features chipped timing for all 5K participants; division awards are provided.
Event amenities and features include optional commemorative sweatshirts, participant medals, finisher prizes and a Party in the Park with food, beverages, vendors and entertainment. Early bird pricing applies until October 1. Published registration options and prices include combos with sweatshirts and separate entry options for the 5K and 1 Mile.
