Marine Memorial 5K
The Marine Memorial 5K is scheduled for September 19, 2026, at Colorado Tap House, 14982 W 69th Ave, Arvada, CO 80007. The event benefits the United States Marine Corps Memorial; funds support maintenance tasks such as flags and lights and contribute toward remodeling the memorial.
The course is described as a simple 5K on a well marked trail with a couple of street crossings where guards will assist. Specific parking will be available for the race and signage will direct participants. Walking and children are explicitly welcome.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers, and to the top three male and female finishers in these age brackets: 20 & Under, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and 61 & Over. All finishers receive a collectible dog tag handed out at the finish line by a veteran volunteer.
