Marine Corps League Mud Run : Pinnacle, NC
The 16th Annual Marine Corps League Mud Run is a one-day obstacle event on June 6, 2026, at Jomeokee Park and Campground, 1140 Paces Place, Pinnacle, NC 27043. The event is hosted by the Percy John Fulton Detachment of Winston Salem and includes multiple wave formats for individual and team entrants.
Course features include mud and obstacle elements such as hill climbs, mud pits and fire hose obstacles. Organizers note that assistance and teamwork are part of the event approach and that no runners will be left behind.
Available distances
- 5K obstacle course for individual and team waves.
- 1200 m Pollywog Kids Race for children under 12; parents may run with a child at no additional cost.
Event formats and fees
- Competitive Individual 5K: competitive wave with overall and age-group medals. Registration fee: $40.00.
- Open Individual 5K: non-competitive waves. Registration fee: $40.00.
- Competitive Team 5K: teams of four may compete for medals; only the team captain receives a bib and other members record the captain’s bib number on their arm. Registration fee: $160.00 per team.
- Open Team 5K: non-competitive team waves; themes and costumes are encouraged. Registration fee: $160.00 per team.
- Pollywog Kids Race: for children under 12. Registration fee: $15.00.
