Marblehead Half Marathon
The Marblehead Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, April 12, 2026. The race starts and finishes at Marblehead High School in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Route
The half marathon route goes through the historic communities of Marblehead and Salem. Runners pass by coastal areas, including Marblehead Neck and Salem Willows, which offer views of the coast.
Registration
Registration is open to participants aged 16 to 79. The listed price is $99, with a noted increase after February 28, 2026.
Included with Registration
Participants receive a bib with their name, a finisher medal, a gender-specific race shirt, and YuKan brand socks. Other items include a drawstring backpack and access to post-race refreshments such as chicken sandwich sliders, baked treats, and a finish line beverage. Free race photos and a finisher certificate are provided.
The event is a USATF-sanctioned race. There are awards for the top three finishers in five-year age groups. On-course hydration and nutrition are available. Registration protection, refunds, deferrals, and transfers are options mentioned.
