Marathon Mont-Mégantic 2027
The sixth edition of Marathon Mont-Mégantic takes place on 13 June 2027. The event spans a weekend with activities at Camping Rivière étoilée on Saturday and at Parc National du Mont-Mégantic, sector Franceville, in Hampden on Sunday.
This is a trail running event held inside the national park. Distances offered include the following:
- Classique Franceville 16 km
- Marathon à relais 2 x 21.1 km
- Marathon Mont-Mégantic 42 km
- La course des étoiles children race
- Pain de sucre 7 km
The full marathon features 1909 meters of elevation gain and can be completed solo or as a two-person relay of 21.1 km legs. The course combines rolling sections and technical sections and includes several viewpoints inside the park. The organizer indicates the race is the only trail marathon in Estrie and the only trail race in the Granit region.
