Registration fees are shown inclusive of mandatory charges. Examples listed include CA$146.79 for the Half Marathon, CA$99.90 for the 10 km, CA$67.44 for the 5 km, CA$62.02 for The Mile, and CA$29.77 for the 1 km. A mandatory CA$1 donation to AQ is included in displayed fees for applicable entries. The marathon is marked as sold out and no waiting list will be added.
An adapted sports program is available for people with functional limitations. A CA$10 discount is offered to participants aged 17 and under for the 5 km and 10 km events.
The event supports fundraising with multiple listed organizations; at the time of the posting CA$113,370.75 had been raised toward a CA$1,320,496.00 goal. Partners include Beneva, Shop santé, Fondation du cancer du sein du Québec, Sports Experts, Action Sport Physio, STM, On, Tourisme Montréal, Ville de Montréal and Gouvernement du Québec.
