Challenge Esprit Montréal is a premier multisport event held at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal, featuring swim, bike, and run disciplines. Celebrating over 40 years of triathlon heritage in Quebec, it attracts more than 3,400 athletes annually across all levels. The event offers four race distances: Initiation (375m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run), Sprint (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run), Olympic (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run), and Demi-sprint (1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run).

In 2025, it will host Canadian triathlon championships with qualification spots for the world championships. The course includes the Olympic Basin and the Gilles-Villeneuve Circuit, providing a dynamic urban setting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
