The 5K Foam Fest - Montréal, QC
The 5K Foam Fest takes place on August 15, 2026 at 550 Rang des Vingt-Cing Est, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC. It is an obstacle course of about 5 km featuring more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable slide, mud pits and roughly 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may proceed at their own pace.
The event includes a festival area with music, food vendors and a beer garden. A free children’s zone is available for those under 6, who may not join the main course; that area offers an inflatable mini obstacle and a bouncy castle with adult supervision required. Children aged 7 and up may participate on the course; those 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while 13 to 17 year olds may participate unaccompanied. Legal guardians must sign a waiver for participants under 18. Tickets list several options and include the race, festival wristband, mesh bag, lanyard, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower and change rooms, festival access and a free finish photo.
