The 5K Foam Fest Montréal, QC
The 5K Foam Fest takes place on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Mont Saint-Bruno in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville (550 Rang des Vingt-Cing E). The event consists of a 5 km course with more than 25 obstacles and a large foam zone; organizers state about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam are used at each event. The course layout is new for 2026.
Obstacles include inflatable slides, multiple Slip n Slide sections, walls, cargo climbs, lily pads and other interactive elements. Some features listed, such as the Mud Crawl and Mud Pit, may appear only at certain venues. The route includes dedicated foam start and finish areas.
The event presents a festival atmosphere with a Kids Free Fun Zone, live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent and practical services like water stations, a rinse station and shaded areas. Included items noted in registration materials are a string bag, a 5K Foam Buff, a finisher medal, a festival wristband and a free low resolution finish photo. Electrolit is the title partner and the event supports Make A Wish Canada.
