Event Information

The Maple City Half Marathon & 5K will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in Norwalk, Ohio. The start and finish location is 100 Republic St.

The event features two race distances:

Half Marathon
5K

Proceeds from the event benefit the Norwalk Area United Fund, a nonprofit organization focused on community support. For the 2026 edition, the course is being adjusted due to planned construction on the Linwood Bridge. Final course details will be announced later.

Race Details

Chip timing is provided by DMC Timing. A 15-minute-per-mile pace is requested for all participants to facilitate street reopening; runners slower than this pace may be asked to use sidewalks. The course is described as a one-loop route through the town.

Participant Information

Registration prices are $60 for the half marathon (increasing to $70 after the first 50 registrants) and $35 for the 5K. All participants receive a t-shirt and post-race refreshments.
