Manuden 10K

Manuden 10K, 5K and 1K takes place in Manuden, with the start/finish on Rickling Road near the Yew Tree pub. The event offers three distances: 10k and 5k routes that head off-road across fields, bridleways and footpaths, plus a 1k route for younger runners. Medals are awarded to all finishers, and water stations are located at 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k and the finish.

Parking is near the start/finish and registration is at the Yew Tree Inn, which also hosts changing facilities and refreshments.
