Manuden 10K

The Manuden 10K is an annual running event taking place on October 13, 2024, under the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules. This year, the event aims to support Prostate Cancer UK and various local charities, having raised nearly £2000 in 2023 for community projects. Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, or 1K run, with medals awarded to all finishers.
